a little rumor has found its way to new york city, seemingly by way of eden prairie, minnesota. the actual source of said rumor is unidentified.

- not pregnant
- not "trying"
- still enjoying better living through chemistry.

casey says that it's because i talk about babies/pregnancy all the time. he's a little embarrassed about all the talking about it, so i think he believes any misconception (pardon the pun) serves me right for being such a big mouth about it. i'm just trying to talk myself into something i've been mortally afraid of. i think it's a little offputting to some, especially guys, but what can i say?
i just think about that one ad that's on all the time where two women are buying produce. seen it? one looks at the other and is like, "girl, when are you due?" and the other is like, "i'm not pregnant!" i think people maybe sizing up my chubbiness and saying "yup. bun in oven. gotta be." it's really more like, "oh, she's not munching ephedra like tic tacs anymore? oh, yeah -- 'cos it's illegal now, poor thing."
casey would be furious. oh, i miss it so...
